2. Refund Timelines
2.1. Hosting Services
30-day refund period: Refunds are available for Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, and reseller hosting if canceled within 30 days of purchase.
2.2. VPS Services
2-day refund period: Linux VPS and Windows VPS can be refunded if canceled within 2 days of the transaction date. For refunds requested within the allowable period, the cost for days used will not be deducted; however, bandwidth usage will be calculated on an hourly basis and charged before issuing the final refund.
2.3. GPU Servers and Bare Metal Servers
2-day refund period: Refunds are available if canceled within 2 days of the transaction date. Please note that GPU and Bare Metal servers are provisioned as unmanaged services. This means that while we provide the infrastructure, customers are responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining their servers. Refunds will not cover issues related to software configuration, mismanagement, or unsupported use cases. Additionally, partial usage (such as consumed resources or activated add-ons) will be deducted from the final refund.
3. Cryptocurrency Refund Policy
Purchases made with cryptocurrencies, tokens, or digital assets are non-reversible, and their value can fluctuate quickly. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for such transactions. However, in specific cases, a credit may be applied to your FeclesHost account.
4. Cloud and Pay-As-You-Go Services
Refunds are not provided for cloud services. Since billing is hourly and follows a pay-as-you-go model, any credit added to the account for cloud services is strictly non-refundable.
5. Understanding the Transaction Date
The "transaction date" refers to the day you purchase any of our products or services, including renewals processed under our terms. You may cancel a product at any time, but refunds remain subject to the outlined timeframe policies. Please note that some products may carry unique refund conditions or may not be eligible for refunds.
6. Fair Use of Refunds
Our refund system is designed to ensure fairness and to build customer confidence. To prevent misuse, we monitor refund requests closely. Abusive behaviors, such as repeated refund requests for the same service or mass cancellations, may result in a decline of your refund request.
7. Special Deals and Refunds
Promotional deals, such as free domains bundled with hosting plans, may have special conditions. If a refund is issued in such cases, the refund will be adjusted to account for the value of the free domain or any other promotional benefit received.
8. Eligibility and Process

- VPS (Linux and Windows, as per timelines)
- GPU and Bare Metal servers (within timelines, with unmanaged-use disclaimer)
8.2. Not Eligible for Refund:
- Domain registrations/renewals
- Domain transfers
- Dedicated servers outside refund period
- SEO Toolkit
- IP management (such as change IP invoices)
- Microsoft licenses and keys
8.3. How to Request a Refund:
Important: To request a refund, please open a support ticket. Refunds cannot be processed for cancellations done directly from the dashboard.
9. Additional Notes
Any product or service terminated due to abuse, policy violation, or illegal activities is not eligible for refunds.
