1. Description
To guarantee stability, security, and fast performance for every customer, FeclesHost applies resource usage limits to our Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting accounts. These limits prevent abuse and ensure fair usage across all hosting customers.
This policy applies to all cPanel Shared Hosting plans (Starter, Standard, Business, Enterprise, VIP Order).
2. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to ensure that your websites run smoothly without disruptions caused by excessive usage by a single account. Our limits are generous and suitable for most websites, but we may suggest an upgrade if your website consistently requires higher resources.
3. Restrictions
3.1 Backups
- Hosting accounts must not be used for storage or archiving
- Only one full backup may be stored on the server at a time
3.2 Reselling
- Reselling is not permitted on Shared Hosting plans
- For reselling, you must purchase a Reseller Hosting plan
3.3 Adult Content
Hosting, linking, or promoting adult-related content is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Applications & Scripts
- All installed applications (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, etc.) must be updated regularly
- Sites with forums, comments, or user submissions must use anti-spam measures
- Accounts may not be used for file hosting, media streaming, or offsite backups
3.5 Cron Jobs
- Cron jobs must be scheduled responsibly
- Continuous or resource-heavy jobs are not permitted
3.6 Email Usage
- Starter Plan: Max 5 emails per month
- Standard Plan: Max 10 emails per month
- Business Plan: Max 30 emails per month
- Enterprise Plan: Max 50 emails per month
- VIP Order Plan: Unlimited emails
Other rules:
- Purchased/third-party mailing lists are not allowed
- All marketing emails must include an unsubscribe option
- Mailing lists above 5,000 subscribers require a VPS or dedicated server
- Outgoing messages must be sent via SMTP authentication (PHP mail() is restricted)
- Sending unsolicited spam will result in immediate suspension
3.7 SSH Access
SSH access is only available if stated in the plan description.
4. Account Suspension
If an account violates this policy or negatively impacts server performance, FeclesHost may suspend the account. In critical cases, suspension may occur without prior notice.

7. VPS, GPU Servers, and Bare Metal Servers
- Unmanaged Services: All VPS, GPU servers, and Bare Metal servers provided by FeclesHost are unmanaged. Customers are fully responsible for configuring, securing, and maintaining their servers
- Dedicated Resources: These services come with dedicated resources (CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth) as specified at purchase. Unlike shared hosting, there are no artificial limits or restrictions imposed by FeclesHost
- Responsibility: Clients are expected to manage software updates, firewalls, backups, and any third-party applications installed on their server
- Support: FeclesHost provides network-level support and ensures 99.9% uptime, but does not intervene in server management tasks unless otherwise stated in the purchased plan
